The Ripple initiative is created to provide opportunities for CELF alumni to pay it forward by investing in the next generation of transformational leaders.
Support another leader in their journey through the CELF Elevate Leadership Programme and enjoy watching them grow in their leadership capability.
Your donation to the Ripple Initiative will contribute towards a sponsored seat in the programme.
Our target is to fund at least two places on the Elevate Leadership Programme each year.

Donations to the CELF Fund will ensure the continued development of leaders and leadership potential of the Waikato, unlocking the powerful possibilities of our region from a social, environmental, cultural, and economic perspective.
The CELF Fund
The Community and Enterprise Leadership Fund is a new philanthropic investment fund that supports the development of high-quality leadership across communities and businesses in Waikato.
CELF created the ‘Community and Enterprise Leadership Fund’ with a $50,000 opening deposit placed in the care of the Momentum Waikato Community Foundation.
The partnership between these organisations is focused on creating a stronger Waikato forever.
