Active Site Partners
Active Site Partners was founded in 2019 from the joining forces of two companies. ASP is a Waikato owned and operated business using experienced scaffolders to provide scaffolding, nets and fencing to residential and commercial projects around the Waikato. With greater scale we provide have more equipment to provide a better service regardless of the job.
At Fosters, we provide our clients with a complete service, providing a Full Cycle of Property. To ensure this happens, we developed a business model to look after our clients’ property requirements from beginning to end. The success of the model is evident within the companies which now form part of the Foster Group. Each business now forms an important part of the full-service offering Fosters provides.
Power Farming Holdings Limited (PFG) is a fully independent and privately-owned group of companies who have a three-generation history of serving the New Zealand and Australian tractor and machinery markets. In 2017 PFG expanded its international footprint by securing the exclusive distribution rights to Deutz-Fahr tractors in the USA.

Any lasting structure has to be built on solid foundations. Since 1986 our commitment to delivering on time, on budget, on spec and safely, has helped us build an organisation whose unconditional focus is on providing excellent, end to end solutions at any scale, large or small.
Trinity Lands was
established from the merger of three foundational trusts, Lichfield Lands, Longview and Hillview Trusts. The founding directors dreamt that they could establish a farming business for doing good in the community. The Trinity purpose is driven by faith and a shared objective of never tiring of doing good in our community.
WEL Energy Trust
WEL Energy Trust was formed in 1993 as a one-third shareholder of WEL Networks Ltd, which is the electricity distribution business operating in the Waikato region. WEL Networks Ltd also holds an 85% shareholding in Waikato Networks Limited (WNL) which owns 100% of Ultrafast Fibre Limited (UFF). The Trust now holds 100% ownership of WEL Networks Ltd, with all customer shares being acquired in 1999.
